Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Wordload → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the paywall in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. Sign in with Apple under Profile → Account to restore your learning progress as well.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and learning data. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Why did my daily workload go down?
When retention drops or reviews pile up, the LOAD Engine reduces new words (a “deload”) so you can recover. It rises again automatically once you are back on track.
Can I learn more than the daily workload?
Yes. After your daily session, tap “Keep going” for extra rounds of new words.
Audio doesn’t play for later words
Audio for the first 1,000 words is built in; the rest downloads as you progress. Make sure you have an internet connection now and then, and check that your device isn’t in silent mode.
