Wordload

Terms of Use

Last updated September 23, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Wordload app. By using the app you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict for matters covered by Apple’s agreement, Apple’s agreement prevails.

The service

Wordload is a vocabulary training program. It schedules reviews and adjusts your daily workload based on your performance. Estimates such as time to finish the curriculum or your level are guidance, not guarantees of any learning outcome.

Free use and subscriptions

Your account

The app creates an anonymous account automatically. You may link it to Sign in with Apple to restore progress on other devices. You can delete your account and data at any time in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal learning. Do not attempt to copy, extract, resell or redistribute the app’s content, audio or data, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with the service.

Content

The vocabulary, sentences, audio and images in the app are provided for your personal study within the app only and remain the property of Wordload or its licensors.

Availability

We work to keep Wordload available and your progress safe, but the service is provided “as is”. We may update, change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will tell you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
